If you’re running a national campaign, in regional or national newspapers, and you need to produce multiple variations of adverts, especially if you need to localise or personalise the content for each region or office, PointandGo Advertise gives you the flexibility you need.

As a web based system Advertise works on a bureau basis. StorePOINT will import your Quark or INdesign files into the system and set up an account with shared bookings for you and your offices to use.

Advertise takes your design approved artwork, creates a range of templates and then using editable areas of the design allows users to localise the content. In seconds Car adverts, Property Pages situation vacant adverts are built all using a web browser.

No need for expensive type setters or Mac operators, everything is point, click, approve.

Build sign off and deliver

The system maps across to the publication database building an adapt version of the advert based on the mechanicals, line screen ruling or colour values of the newspaper or magazine title or print specification.

With variable elements of the advert, you can then integrate your data manually, or from a feed such as a spread sheet or database, to pick the text and graphics you want to use for your campaign.

The system then builds your artwork adapt for distribution to match the publication mechanicals with localised content and details in the advert for each office or region.

How PointandGo Advertise works

PointandGo Advertise outputs the advert in QuarkXPress or INdesign from your uploaded artwork template original after your users have entered their personal requirements.

You receive a PDF proof to check before the file is collated as a QuarkXpress or INdesign document, or as a high resolution PDF for delivery and print.

This can be sent by Adfast*, FTP or embedded email to the publication of choice.
